Learning by doing has never been easier or more accessible. But, where should you get started? Well, keep reading to find out about fun crafts for kids, thrilling science experiments, and explorations into musical genres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-crafts-for-kids\">Crafts For Kids<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both <em>After School with Roo<\/em> and <em>After School in ASL<\/em> host projects designed to embrace your creativity, individuality, and imagination. So, it&#8217;s no surprise that their upcoming courses boast more crafts for kids fun. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <em><a href=\"https:\/\/courses.gooroo.com\/clubs\/after-school-with-roo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">After School with Roo<\/a><\/em>, it&#8217;s time to get arty with materials found both inside and outside the home. No need to buy expensive items to explore your passions. Use textures, colours, and unique ideas to explore your creativity &#8211; the only limitation is your imagination! Crayon Art is a great way to turn a common creative tool into a vibrant and exciting project. All you need is a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Selection of colourful crayons<\/li><li>Hot Glue Gun<\/li><li>Canvas<\/li><li>Hair dryer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Let your creativity blossom by combining colours, choosing your own shapes, and building new crafts from the remnants of your sentimental book project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-science-experiments-and-other-projects\">Science Experiments and Other Projects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While crafts for kids is always a crowd-pleaser, let&#8217;s not forget the other exciting content that our other Gooroo Clubs are bringing to our screens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/courses.gooroo.com\/clubs\/eco\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eco Club<\/a><\/em> Payton teaches us about the cycles of our world via remakes of viral Youtube videos. Enforce your knowledge with hands-on crafts for kids. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>First, \u201cSpeed Run\u201d through the phases of the matter that a single water droplet experiences on its way through nature\u2019s most essential biogeochemical cycle.<\/li><li>Then, discover the stages of the carbon cycle from photosynthesis to cellular respiration to creating CO2 byproducts via a gossip channel.<\/li><li>Next, investigate the nitrogen cycle through ASMR &#8211; a video phenomenon that uses close-up sounds, tapping, and soft speaking.<\/li><li>Lastly, dive into the two biogeochemical cycles that didn&#8217;t get their own feature: the phosphorus cycle, and the sulfur cycle.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/courses.gooroo.com\/clubs\/maker\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">STEM Maker Club<\/a><\/em> we learn about motion and energy with Max S.! Understand how motion surrounds you through the principles of kinetic energy and many forms of energy in everyday life. All by building your own (mini) roller coaster. What&#8217;s more, learn the importance of renewable and non-renewable energy as we understand where our power comes from.
