In today\u2019s blog, we\u2019ll go over the basic fundamentals of pasta from choosing the noodle, to cooking it, to new pasta sauce ideas to complete the dish.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-types-of-pasta\">Types of Pasta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some popular pasta types that you can choose from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-long-pasta\">Long Pasta<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These long thin ribbons go best with smoother sauces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Angel\u2019s Hair.<\/strong> This is one of the thinnest noodles in this subcategory.<\/li><li><strong>Fettuccine.<\/strong> (<em>Fet-to-chi-nay<\/em>) Like a flat spaghetti.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Tagliatelle.<\/strong> (<em>Ta-le-a-tel-lay<\/em>) A lot like fettuccine but with a thicker bite.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Spaghetti.<\/strong> One of the more widely known types of pasta.
